We want you to be satisfied with every Nocturn Audio purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for digital products.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or activated. Refund requests for undownloaded and unactivated products within this window will be honored without question.

After Download or Activation

Once a product has been downloaded or a license has been activated, refunds are granted at Nocturn Audio's sole discretion. We understand that technical issues can arise, and we will work with you to resolve problems before considering a refund.

14-Day Technical Support Window

If you experience technical issues with a purchased product, we offer a 14-day technical support window from the date of purchase. During this period, our team will assist you with installation, compatibility, and configuration issues. If we are unable to resolve the problem, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Upon refund, any associated licenses will be deactivated and the product will be removed from your account.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@nocturnaudio.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
